Our Chicken Kabab Platter is rooted in traditional Afghan kabab cooking. We marinate halal chicken in yogurt, garlic, and Afghan spices, then char-grill the skewers over high heat for that essential smoky crust. The result is juicy on the inside, perfectly charred on the outside.
Each platter comes with a generous bed of fragrant Afghan rice, a crisp side salad, and soft tandoori-style naan straight from the oven. It's a complete Afghan meal that brings the flavour of a Kabul kabab house to southeast Edmonton.
