Our Lamb Kabab Platter uses premium halal lamb that's been marinated in our family Afghan spice blend with yogurt, garlic, and herbs. We char-grill the skewers over high heat to lock in juiciness while building that distinctive smoky crust that authentic Afghan kabab houses are known for.
Each platter is plated over a generous bed of fragrant basmati rice with soft Afghan naan and a crisp side salad. It's the platter we recommend most often when guests want to experience true Afghan flavour.
